Job Overview

We are seeking a sales professional to provide customer-facing RIM expertise for enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving individual sales quota selling IRM Core Storage Services.


This position requires a passion for problem-solving and knowledge about selling storage and services as a subject matter expert. The role involves interfacing with customer-facing team members to deliver Iron Mountains CORE solutions to senior-level business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the pipeline within the respective region, focusing on bookings.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support end-to-end deal life cycle activities.
  • Assess customers' current and potential needs to position, expand/up-sell opportunities and new sales plays for CORE offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Meet or exceed multi-million-dollar quota goals.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in large, complex services-based organizations.
