Job Overview

The role of a Technical Solutions Expert plays a pivotal part in providing exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet and exceed their requirements.

This position is crucial in supporting large Enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand, fostering strong relationships with clients and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and document client architecture plans, outlining key areas for discovery in a templated and programmatic manner.
  • Engage in technical pre-sales engineering, leveraging technical expertise to understand client challenges and position solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop deep client understanding by working closely with clients and the sales team to gain a profound understanding of customer technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality pre-sales solutions, including creating technical proposals, architectural diagrams, and service scopes.
  • Participate in requirements and scoping workshops with customers, delivery partners, and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key services partners local to your region and territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for the engineering team, offering guidance on architecture and leading other consultants on solutions and optimization services.
  • Provide consultative support for enterprise solutions, covering a spectrum of technologies.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of industry experience in client-side senior roles, or technology integrators, or manufacturers.
  • Architectural and technical experience with applications, Infrastructure, Cyber, Cloud, and Networking, Data Center, and End User Experience solutions.
  • Industry Level Certifications including CCDE, CCIE, CISSP, CDP, MCSE AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Experience in consulting with Fortune 500 IT leadership on deployment of technology solutions, ideally in a sales environment.
