FOI Case Manager

This role is a key part of ensuring public access to information in Victoria. As an FOI case manager, you will be responsible for handling Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) requests and complaints.

The ideal candidate will have excellent research, critical analysis, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong attention to detail and efficient time management are also essential for success in this role.

In this position, you will assist in carrying out functions under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic), including researching and investigating FOI complaints, providing guidance and training to agencies, and assisting in monitoring and investigating agency compliance.
