We are seeking an experienced Access To Information Officer to join our team based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legislative requirements and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

The primary purpose of this role is to process access to information requests accurately and efficiently, while also providing guidance and support to staff and stakeholders.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers the opportunity to work from home with flexibility. As part of our diverse team, you will be working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. You will also need to be able to take direction and follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders">
  • Accurate and timely processing of ATI requests">
  • High volume of record management related activities">

Essential qualifications include: minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate, knowledge of relevant workers compensation legislation and regulations, and health insurance.
