
Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our organization in a role that encompasses people and culture responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include a high-level understanding of administration, systems and technology, as well as a strong focus on employee relations, staff development and workplace health and safety.
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week which can be negotiable for the right applicant.
The successful candidate will be paid in accordance with Level 4 of the SCHADS Award.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include supporting the recruitment and selection process, training, workers compensation, employee relations and staff development for a rapidly growing workforce.
You will utilise technology and systems to collect, collate, manage and accurately report Human Resource information.
Requirements- A strong understanding of human resource principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of organisational and time management skills.
