We have an exciting full-time position available for a HR Officer to join our HR team. Location will be in our Coffs Harbour or Miami (Gold Coast) office. This full-time role offers flexible working options and salary packaging (to increase your take home pay) plus many more attractive employee benefits.
This is a true HR administration role, with a large focus on processing all administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to off-boarding and everything in between. The position also involves supporting our HR Coordinators and the HR Team Leader to achieve our actions in our Workforce Development Plan through various projects & initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
You will have experience in working in HR in a high-volume environment in an administrative capacity, providing a high level of administrative and customer service support, whilst maintaining confidentiality, self-motivation and professionalism. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst producing accurate information and work standards.
Our HR team is geographically dispersed across our footprint and to succeed in this role you need to be highly self-motivated, be able to build solid working relationships and be a team player.
