Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality, user-focused support across one of our customer organisations.

This role involves building, deploying, and maintaining Windows Endpoint Systems and application packaging/release to ensure users have a secure, reliable, consistent, and fit-for-purpose experience.

  1. Provide advanced support across all user-facing IT services, including Service Desk triage, priority support, walk-up Tech Bar assistance, M365 user technologies, and AV/meeting room technology support.
  2. Manage and maintain the Endpoint System, including deployment, patching, and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (including Intune-enrolled endpoints).
  3. Package and deploy applications using tools like Power Shell, Intune, or other platforms; ensuring applications are tested, documented, and delivered reliably across environments.
  4. Support hardware and software asset lifecycle and IT Service Management governance, including provisioning, tagging, CMDB updates, and decommissioning; contribute to process improvement and compliance activities.
  5. Mentor team members and help build capability across both the team and our customer base through training, technical leadership, IT inductions, refresher sessions, and contributions to SOPs, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
