Senior Modern Endpoint Specialist

This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a team of experts in delivering enterprise-scale solutions into cloud environments. As a seasoned M365 professional, you will utilize your technical expertise to drive business value and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver support for Microsoft Modern Workplace ecosystem including on-prem and online Exchange, Office 365, Identity Management, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Monitoring, Auditing, and Operations.
  • Utilize skills across various technologies such as Co-Management, Windows Autopilot, Exchange Online / On-Premises / Hybrid, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive), Active Directory & Entra ID, Device Group Policy management, Windows 365, Application Packaging & Publishing, Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS Endpoints, and Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity & Office 365).
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
  • Shape the ongoing improvement of client solutions and provide high-touch managed services partnership models for exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading Modern Endpoint Management teams with a track record of support engineering, client focus, and leadership.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for relationship development with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for creative and innovative support of clients.
  • Desire to continually improve client environments through evergreen practices and platform evolution.
  • Australian citizenship with existing security clearance.
