Job Description

As a technical expert in endpoint management, you will play a key role in delivering successful outcomes for demanding organizations. Your primary focus will be on designing, configuring, and implementing Windows 11 endpoint environments, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, Intune, iVanti, and its supporting infrastructure.

In this challenging role, you will work closely with resolver teams, the department, and other vendors to make a difference to our clients. You will provide BAU support for these services, including incident, change, and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and system migrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement Windows 11 endpoint environments.
  • Provide BAU support for these services.
  • Work with customers, management, and peers to design and implement standard operating environments (SOEs) and managed operational environments (MOEs).

Requirements:

  • Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with MECM/SCCM infrastructure, patching, and management.
  • Experience with InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
  • Extensive experience with designing and implementing SOEs/MOEs, including Windows and security updates, advanced group policy management, task sequence creation and management, deployment to an enterprise environment, application packaging, native and virtual, with some exposure or experience with MSI-X.
  • Experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
  • Experience with Active Directory and group policy management.
  • Experience with security products, including application whitelisting, anti-virus, and USB hardening.
  • Exposure to PowerBI and Power Apps.
  • Exposure to Microsoft SQL management.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Creating documentation such as FAQ guides, SOPs, and transition support documents.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to change and incident management.
