The role of Haematology Patient Journey Partner involves promoting exciting portfolio of treatments to healthcare professionals. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists and other respective healthcare professionals/practice staff, to create meaningful solutions that improve patient outcomes.

  • Promoting Haematology product to healthcare providers within an assigned territory.
  • Developing and executing territory plans to maximize opportunities to create value for stakeholders and meet goals.
  • Building long-term relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Reviewing customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels.
  • Providing expert knowledge on clinical data and benefits of treatment.
  • Collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and great customer experience.
  • Monitoring and analysing territory performance, market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements

You need to demonstrate passion for patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent understanding of pharmaceutical industry.

  • Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years or equivalent level of experience as specialist pharmaceutical representative or in similar capacity.
  • Significant experience and knowledge in Haematology / Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare system and role of multiple stakeholders within Haematology / Oncology area.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests.

You are good at communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement, showcasing exceptional partnering capabilities and ability to exceed expectations.
