**Vacancy Description - Targeted Position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Person
This genuine occupational requirement necessitates that the selected candidate be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
The key responsibilities of this Advisor position include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with business needs.
- Maintaining the accuracy and quality of data stored within the Learning Management System.
- Providing advice, assistance, and support to system users and Managers in managing the Learning Management System, which may involve coaching and training.
- Contribution to positive team outcomes through adaptability, flexibility, undertaking learning opportunities, and demonstrating initiative.
- Closely collaborating with a high-performing learning and development team to design, develop, implement, and deliver engaging and effective face-to-face and online learning content.
- Working closely with course owners to ensure corporate mandatory online course content is current, accurate, and aligned with organisational requirements, providing them with guidance and assistance in updating and improving course materials.
