**Drive Positive Change as a RAP Program Specialist**
This 12-month opportunity is designed to drive the implementation of a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and support its strategic direction. The role involves leading internal projects linked to the RAP, collaborating closely with a dedicated working group.
To succeed in this role, you will be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person with experience delivering positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities. Key skills include effective stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, strong relationship building, and high computer literacy.
This hybrid flexible work arrangement offers a balance between home and office work in Brisbane. We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, prior experience supporting RAP development or delivery, and demonstrated customer-focused problem-solving skills.
