Senior Client Services Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care services to clients in their homes.
This leadership role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with office teams and other stakeholders to achieve client goals.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working with seniors or aged care, and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A valid Australian driver's license is also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate all activities associated with client care
- Plan, manage, coordinate, and review client goals
- Communicate with team members and clients to develop care plans
- Document all interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Previous experience working with seniors or aged care
- Experience working with Home Care Packages
- Highly efficient and organized with proven time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and multitask shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License
