RDNs Your Choice HomeCare has an exciting opportunity for a Rosterer/Scheduler Coordinator to play a key role in our operation.

The role involves coordinating services on behalf of clients, working closely with our aligned support workers, and updating client management systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating services to meet client needs
  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Working with all team members to ensure a positive client journey
  • Responding to communication from internal and external customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client and staff information and company records
  • Contributing to a positive and cooperative working relationships
  • Committing to ongoing learning and personal development

Qualifications in a relevant customer service-related discipline are essential. Experience with rostering would be an advantage.

Selection criteria include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and client management systems
  • Focus on providing high-quality customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Contribute to a positive and enthusiastic working environment
