Job Title: Senior Client Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our team as a Senior Client Coordinator.
About the Role
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) based in our office, reporting directly to the Business Owner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule work for the multi-trade team ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients to schedule appointments, addressing their queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers to order necessary supplies and materials.
- Brief the team on their workload and provide guidance where needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the trade industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle complex issues.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A high level of organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules.
