Progressive Demi Chef Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a progressive and forward-thinking Demi Chef to join our team at Crystalbrook Bailey.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate chef to unleash their culinary creativity and indulge in modern and contemporary cuisine.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in fine dining food preparation and strong previous experience in haute cuisine.
  • A proven track record of creating delicious and beautiful dishes.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a keen eye for guest satisfaction and dish appeal.
  • Strong dedication to using local, seasonal produce to ensure every dish is a masterpiece.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, maintaining high standards in the kitchen.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Experience in managing stock levels and navigating demanding kitchen environments.
  • Championing guest satisfaction through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Leadership skills to foster a positive work ethic.
