Bring your culinary creativity to our kitchen team and help craft memorable dining experiences for every guest.

As a key member of our vibrant kitchen brigade, you will create high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, and manage kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections with a strong focus on a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service, and banquets.
  • Ensure food safety cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff offering guidance and training.
  • Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes.
  • Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.

Requirements:
