Snowy Hydro's Snowy 2.0 team is seeking a skilled Environmental Coordinator to play a vital role in the success of our nation-building project.

This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement environmental management frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant deeds, planning approvals, and statutory obligations.

As a key member of our team, you will drive the implementation of the environment strategy, manage tenure arrangements, and develop a project environmental reporting matrix.

You will also review correspondence, EPC Management plans, and represent our team in external forums, working closely with site Environment Officers to monitor processes.

Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be essential in building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental science or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with regulatory authorities is advantageous

You will possess excellent time management skills, be able to adapt quickly to change, and have a high attention to detail.
