At our organization, we are seeking a motivated individual to undertake an entry-level Business Administration Traineeship. Throughout this 18-month traineeship, you will receive on-the-job training and support by working alongside experienced supervisors and also study online towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. This traineeship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in business administration and kickstart your career within insurance broking.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to internal and external enquiries, generating and following up quotes, preparing client correspondence, providing updates on client status reports, assisting with customer complaints, escalating where required, and performing additional administrative duties including board room preparation and stationery maintenance.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive customer experience, proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, high attention to detail, and effective time management skills. Previous customer service experience, national police clearance (or willingness to obtain), and strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office are essential requirements for this role.
