We have a trainee position available for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to clients and supporting our team of brokers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Handling new business quotations
  • Policy renewals and processing
  • Liaising with clients and underwriters
  • Assisting with inquiries and claims processes
  • General administrative tasks

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior knowledge of insurance industry packages is desired but not essential

General Insurance Broking studies are required, to a minimum of Tier 1 (paid training provided if not already complete).
