We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mentor with an Electrical trade background to join our team. In this role, you will be supported to work alongside a qualified Trade Trainer and assist with the delivery of high-quality training.

This is a role with a direct career path to equip you to become a fully qualified Trainer with the completion of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment while being paid as a full time Mentor.

The key accountabilities for this position include:

  • Guiding students to achieve training milestones and goals">
  • Ensuring all equipment is in good operational condition">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">

Trade qualification in the Electrical industry

">

Ability to engage, inspire and support students throughout their learning

">

Desire to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

">

Good written and verbal communication skills

">

Basic level of computer operating skills

">
