The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Member Support Consultants (MSCs). As an MSC, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will be responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to sales growth by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create exceptional member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Successfully resolve enquiries
  • Manage the club's front desk operations
  • Actively participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them motivated and engaged
About You

We're looking for individuals who possess:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people with a desire to help others succeed in their goals
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome obstacles
  • Exceptional communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer focus with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
