Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a high-calibre financial analyst to play a key role in driving our organisation's financial performance and results.
  • This position will involve reporting on financial variances, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

About the Role:

  • You will provide excellent support to stakeholders, establishing effective relationships and providing expert advice on accounting matters.
  • Perform financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Undertake month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse financial data to identify anomalies and opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA/CPA qualifications.
  • Relevant experience in an accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of integrated financial systems, such as SAP.

This is a 12-month fixed term role based in Melbourne VIC. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
