This is a flexible and autonomous role with varied work schedules.
We are seeking an experienced representative to provide services in the hardware and gardening departments at our retail store. You will work closely with products from leading brands to drive growth and success in the marketplace.
The focus of this role is on delivering high-quality visual merchandising services aligned with agreed service standards, supporting training initiatives, and executing in-store projects. You will act as an ambassador for our business, building strong relationships with both our teams and customers.
This role offers an opportunity to learn about marketing fundamentals, develop customer relationships, and take part in various company programs. Although casual, there are pathways for development into other roles within our organization or full-time positions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain key customer connections.
- Order, merchandise, and present stock (including manual handling).
- Maintain visually appealing in-store displays.
- Ensure accurate product pricing and ticketing.
- Assist with major planogram initiatives.
- Experience in sales and merchandising in retail/hardware (desirable but not essential).
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Ability to learn and use technology and digital applications effectively.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and initiative.
