**Job Summary**

Culture Kings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Director to lead our retail operations across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our retail business by overseeing multiple store locations and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Staff Management and Development**: Hire, train, and supervise store managers and retail staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • **Performance Management**: Monitor and evaluate the performance of each retail store, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to store managers to help them meet their targets.
  • **Operational Oversight**: Ensure that all retail locations maintain consistent visual merchandising standards, store layouts, and product presentations. Monitor inventory levels, supply chain management, and logistics to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • **Budgeting and Financial Management**: Have an acute awareness of annual budgets for each retail store and monitor financial performance. Analyze sales data, profitability, and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • **Customer Service and Satisfaction**: Ensure that all retail locations provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • **Compliance and Policy Adherence**: Ensure that all retail locations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maintain store security.
  • **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and ethical guidelines. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the retail business.
  • **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and achieve overall business objectives across all retail locations.
