Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Liaison Officer/Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a seamless interface between our customers, performing day-to-day administration tasks, and liaising with external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and invoicing
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
