Reporting to a Director, this key management position oversees licence monitoring strategies and operational policies and procedures. The role will lead a team of professionals ensuring the identification and response to non-compliance in the labour hire industry.

This role involves consolidating the establishment of the Branch, including hiring staff, developing policies, systems and processes, and scheduling monitoring activities consistent with regulatory priorities.

A successful candidate will identify and report on issues and trends arising through varied monitoring activities, requiring demonstrated leadership capability, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
