We are seeking a skilled professional to perform clinical monitoring and site management activities.

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing tasks that ensure data accuracy and investigate process failures.

  • Monitor investigator sites with a risk-based approach, identifying process issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Evaluate data through Source Document Review, Site Data Verification, and Case Report Form review, assessing investigational product through physical inventory and records analysis.
  • Document observations in reports using approved business writing standards, escalating deficiencies to management.
  • Conduct supervising tasks according to the approved plan, participating in meetings as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with investigative sites.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
