Job Description
- This is an on-site position that requires a person-first approach, tailoring support and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
You'll be responsible for building relationships with local employers, sourcing job opportunities for our clients, and placing them into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes.
Your day will include encouraging and motivating clients, ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented, and adhering to compliance and contractual requirements.
A successful candidate will be someone who is driven to make a real difference in people's lives through employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- An overall desire to be part of a team dedicated to helping people achieve their goals.
