Key Responsibilities:

A Junior Sous Chef at Hilton Hotels is responsible for contributing to menu creation and overseeing the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional guest experiences while controlling food costs.

  • Monitor and control food costs, contributing to revenue growth in Food and Beverage operations.
About You:

We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. To be successful, you should possess:

  • Strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef background, with a proven track record in kitchen management.
  • The ability to approach food creatively, staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
  • Excellent supervisory skills, leading by example and motivating your team.
  • A positive attitude, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Good communication skills, able to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent grooming standards, presenting yourself professionally at all times.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
