YOUR NEW ROLE
A highly respected national personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal/legal assistant/legal coordinator to join their team.
As the right-hand person to a Special Counsel with 20+ years of experience, you will relish the challenge and rewards of obtaining justice and making a positive impact on plaintiff clients who have suffered injuries relating mainly to CTP (motor vehicle accidents) and some medical negligence/public liability claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, prepare correspondence, forms, and court documents;
- Liaise with solicitors, insurers, and doctors;
- Arrange medical appointments, diary management, and file management;
- Prepare briefs to counsel and assist with business enhancement/marketing projects;

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Have a minimum of 3-20 years of personal injury law experience in CTP/motor vehicle accidents (essential) and medical negligence/public liability (preferable not essential);
- Have solid knowledge and practical experience in the 'life-cycle' of a NSW CTP claim from start to finish;
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills;
- Are proactive, deadline-driven, and have a positive 'can-do' attitude;
- Are hungry to advance your personal injury legal career long-term with a highly devoted and caring employer who values their staff.
