Join Our Team as a Senior Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our winning common law personal injury law team, you will be responsible for assisting in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their common law claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with clients, solicitors, barristers, doctors, and insurers
  • Preparing letters and court documents
  • Preparing briefs to barristers
  • Diary management and making appointments
  • Filing and administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a legal secretary or paralegal/law clerk with hands-on personal injury law experience
  • Experience in at least 2 or more of: CTP, work injury damages, public liability, medical negligence, and abuse
  • Proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious and proactive with excellent communication, time management, and people skills
