About the Role

Metricon Homes Qld. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate updates throughout the pre-construction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on the status of their home during the pre-construction process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Continuously provide updates to customers and maintain accurate records of customer project details.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including drafting, estimating, and studio teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure customer quality control through professional communications and data entry.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients.
  • Assist with all Customer Support related tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a Customer Service and Administrative capacity.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of contracts and experience in the building industry or having built your own home is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a time-critical environment and establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills and intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
