Customer Support Coordinator

Metricon Homes Qld. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate updates throughout the pre-construction process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on the status of their home during the pre-construction process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers.
- Continuously provide updates to customers and maintain accurate records of customer project details.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including drafting, estimating, and studio teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Ensure customer quality control through professional communications and data entry.
- Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients.
- Assist with all Customer Support related tasks and contribute to the overall success of the team.

- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills and intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office.
