Job Title: Retail Store Manager

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive store environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Train and coach team members to unlock their full potential and improve job satisfaction.
  • Manage stock levels to minimize loss and maximize sales revenue.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and create an engaging store atmosphere.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable work environment for team members and customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in retail, with a focus on driving sales and achieving operational goals.
  • Passion for fashion and customer service, with expertise in denim and fashion trends.
  • Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to work from briefs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
