Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex cases, projects, and partner relationships with ease.
  • Ensure accurate and complete employee documentation.
  • Act as a Subject-Matter Expert, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Audit and analyze key findings to drive process improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to maximize resource value and efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
