HR Business Partner Opportunity

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our Residential Aged Care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist advice and coaching on effective people management, including employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Coach leaders in strategies and processes for effective people management and employee engagement.
  • Participate in HR-wide projects and contribute to the development of people metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leaders to navigate people planning and delivery aspects of organizational change projects.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Significant demonstrated experience in a high-volume/fast-paced HRBP position within Aged Care, Health Care, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience working with unions on people matters.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Advanced coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with volume ER & IR related matters.
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check.
