Mannering Park, Australia Delta Electricity Full time

12 Month Fixed term contract.
- Role available for immediate start.
- 35 hour week (Mon-Fri).
- Central Coast | Lake Macquarie location.
- Circa $130k - $138k + 13% super.

This is a great opportunity to work within a professional Human Resources team supporting a down to earth Senior Leader in empowering organisational success through its people.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our organisation culture and championing our vales. This role provides the opportunity for you to use a broad range of HR experience, working across a range of activities including, talent acquisition, job analysis and evaluation, policy and procedures, performance management and grievance handling, remuneration and benefits, and general HR functions.

**Qualities you will need to succeed in this role**
- Tertiary qualifications to degree level in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications and/or experience.
- Extensive experience across a broad range of HR functions, particularly functions outlined above.
- Substantial understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks.
- Proven leadership and organisational skills.
