Technical Support Specialist Opportunity Available

**Job Overview:**

Our organization seeks a skilled and motivated technical support specialist to provide high-quality assistance to end-users.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to service requests and maintain accurate records
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including network connectivity problems
- Assist with hardware and software setup and deployment as needed
- Escalate complex technical issues and follow up for timely resolution
- Ensure equipment is maintained and backups are performed regularly
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Follow established policies and procedures for resolving technical issues

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

- 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with installations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A+ Certification or relevant technical certifications preferred
