ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HXM Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role offers a unique chance to gain exposure across diverse businesses and play a pivotal role in ERP software implementation and business process modelling.
This position involves providing support across various implementation activities including detailed design, change impact assessment, data readiness, system testing and end-user training.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement a system aligned with business processes.
- Testing: Assist the HXM team with the coordination and completion of testing, ensuring solid documentation of outcomes and management of issues.
- Training: Develop expertise during the testing phase to assist with the deployment of SuccessFactors and provide support for end-user training.
- Previous experience implementing HR systems.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Solid business acumen with a willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively participate in focus groups, workshops and client interviews.
