Job Overview

This is a senior role in our finance team, responsible for managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payments, and collections.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small AR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and implementing best practices.
  • Oversee aged debt, suspense accounts, and resolve discrepancies proactively to minimize financial risks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate AR reports and KPIs for senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading accounts receivable teams (2+ direct reports preferred).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of credit control, collections, and aged debt management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
