ERP Implementation Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled business analyst to join our team and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise across various implementation activities, including detailed design, change impact assessment, data readiness, system testing, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement a system aligned with business processes.
  • Testing: Assist the HXM team in coordinating and completing testing throughout the testing process.
  • Training: Leverage expertise developed during the testing phase to assist with the deployment of SuccessFactors and provide support to enhance the skill and knowledge of our people.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate work experience with aspirations towards broader roles in business management.
  • Experience from a range of backgrounds, including similar roles with the Big 4, commercial organisations, management consulting, and engineering.
  • Previous experience implementing HR systems and working with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
