Human Capital Strategist

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role offers a unique chance to gain exposure across diverse businesses and play a pivotal role in ERP software implementation and business process modelling.

• Provide support across a variety of implementation activities including detailed design, change impact assessment, data readiness, system testing and end user support.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement a system aligned with our business processes.
• Assist with the coordination and completion of testing.
• Deploy software solutions and provide support for end user training.

Professionals with demonstrable post-graduate work experience and aspirations towards broader roles in business management are required. Experience from a range of backgrounds will be considered, including similar roles with the Big 4, commercial organisations, management consulting and engineering.

• Previous experience implementing HR systems is essential.
• Experience working with enterprise software solutions (preferably SAP) is highly desirable.
• Sound business acumen with a willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions is necessary.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills are required.
