Job Title

The Enlistment Team Leader oversees and manages the enlistment process for candidates joining the Australian Defence Force (ADF). This position leads a team of enlistment coordinators to ensure seamless coordination of enlistment activities, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivery of exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of Enlistment Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Work with senior leaders to forecast, plan and develop Target Fulfillment strategies.
  • Oversee and manage the enlistment process for candidates, ensuring all procedures are followed and documentation is accurately processed.
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the enlistment journey, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and standards of practice in enlistment operations.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, setting goals, and providing coaching to achieve enlistment targets and KPIs.
Candidate Profile

Applicants should have proven experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences.
