Government Strategic Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our network and deliver high-impact projects across Queensland.

  • Facilitate workshops with elected officials and executives to shape vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
  • Design a community engagement approach leveraging existing events and outreach channels.
  • Draft a corporate plan aligned to legislative, financial, and asset management frameworks.

The project will run from October 2025 to March 2026. The consultant is expected to facilitate workshops, support engagement activities, and attend review meetings during drafting and refinement.

We require a senior professional with experience in government projects, demonstrated facilitation skills, and expertise in governance frameworks and performance models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate or strategic plans within government contexts.
  • Facilitate elected members and executives on governance frameworks, performance models, and strategic planning.
  • Produce engaging strategic documents balancing aspirational direction with practical implementation.

About the Project:

  • This assignment requires a consultant who can unlock community knowledge and develop fit-for-purpose community engagement approaches.
  • The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to design and guide community engagement approaches, draft corporate plans, and produce professionally designed plans.
