About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Corporate Operations Group as a key member of the Institutional Client Onboarding program. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering Macquarie's Targeting Operating Model for Counterparty Lifecycle Management and ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and document current and future state processes
  • Collaborate with Counterparty Lifecycle Management SMEs to design and implement meaningful change in an Agile structure
  • Bring market best practice knowledge into workshops, including the design of the migration approach
  • Manage the delivery plan for this workstream and provide a voice on the Project
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, ideally with experience or ambitions to gain experience in Project Management
  • Understanding of best practice in Counterparty Lifecycle Management in institutional financial services organisations
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working and experience in iterative development processes
  • Hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions and a track record on driving digitalization, automation and data adoption
  • Ability to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply
  • Prior experience with Fen-X (Fenergo Cloud solutions) will be highly regarded
