CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our Stockbroking department on a permanent basis. This role is only open to Sydney-based candidates with full working rights (Citizen/Permanent Resident).

The successful candidate will lead and manage business improvement and transformation projects, focusing on reengineering processes in collaboration with operations and service centre team management/team leaders. They will also manage project timelines, resources, and resource budget to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines the responsibilities of project management and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a technical BA in the finance industry, with management experience and a strong understanding of agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business improvement and transformation projects
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and resource budget
  • Perform business analysis on enterprise-scale projects and smaller product-focused squads
  • Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
  • Convert business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a technical BA in the finance industry
