Talent Sourcing Specialist

Green by Nature is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and connecting with high-quality candidates to support hard-to-fill roles and peak operational needs.

This role could be located in either Dandenong VIC or Ormeau QLD.

At Green by Nature, we're on the lookout for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to help us build strong talent pipelines and attract the best in the industry.

This is not your typical recruitment role – you'll be out there mapping markets, engaging passive talent, and creating future-ready candidate communities. You'll play a big part in shaping how we find and connect with people who share our passion for bringing landscapes to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels.
  • Building and nurturing candidate pools for current and future roles.
  • Partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand what great looks like.
  • Sharing market insights and supporting recruitment campaigns.
  • Championing our employer brand and candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media.
  • A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people.
  • Organised, curious, and proactive with an eye for detail.
