The role of an Administrative Officer is pivotal in managing daily operations and waitlists within a medical unit. This position requires exceptional communication skills, well-developed interpersonal abilities, and proven experience in administration.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Medical Team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage waitlists and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
- Utilize computer skills to document patient information and update records.
We are seeking an individual who upholds strong professional integrity and initiative. The successful candidate will have solid computer and documentation skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and flexibility to work a standard Monday to Friday roster.
