About The Role

We are seeking a Simulator Technician to join our team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience working with simulators.

  • Perform routine maintenance on simulators and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Conduct FAA ATG/QTG testing and visual alignments.
  • Support engineering teams with design changes and software updates.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records using our maintenance management system.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 2-year technical degree or equivalent training.
  • Minimum of 3 years direct simulator experience with at least 1-year relative simulator experience per assigned location.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Proficiency with test equipment and simulator software tools.
  • Experience with motion, visual, or aircraft systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English.
