Key Account Strategist Position

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Strategist to join our team in APAC.

Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and retention through strategic customer relationships.

You will strive to be a trusted partner for your customers by taking a collaborative approach to understanding their goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact and account owner for high-value customers.
  • Responsible for driving product adoption and revenue growth through effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Plan and deliver quarterly business reviews and success plans, aligning with senior leadership as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a key accounts level Customer Success or Account Management role in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of owning a large book of business, with significant revenue growth.
  • Resourcefulness with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities and strategies accordingly.
